Can I set special delivery instructions?

No, the carriers do not provide a way for us to pass along special delivery instructions for each shipment.

However, the carriers should follow any special delivery instructions you have already provided them for an address. For example, if they usually ring the doorbell for a delivery, they should do the same for any ReReady shipments.
